I totally get your point. It’s annoying and I was having to enter it for a while too but my past few recent times I haven’t been asked to enter a login code. My brother seems to be currently locked out of his account (he joined back in 2011 and he finally logged back in for the first time sometime mid to late last year) now for some reason it seems to think he doesn’t have an actual account despite he had no problems logging in prior, now I want to do whatever I can to help him get logged back in. Even when he tried resetting his password and all that he still hasn’t successfully logged back in.

@ItaliaNinjArtist I don’t know what the reason is for. I joined in 2022 and didn’t get a number code until sometime late last year. And once my old phone died I got another one and didn’t have a do the code until later. Now I’m not even being asked to enter a passcode. It’s like the system just won’t make up its mind or something.

The login code is due to a new security measure that the NG staff implemented sometime late last year!

I really do not know why I've seen so many complaints about it, I never had trouble with it myself haha. Also, when logging in, couldn't you just toggle the "Keep me logged in" option on? That'll make it so that you don't have to log in to Newgrounds every time you visit the site

@wamyremy I think this is why my brother is currently locked of his account. He just started logging back in for the first time mid to late last year and now the site doesn’t seem to recognize he has an account or something. It says something about him being a proxy. Lately I haven’t been getting the passcode message. I’m trying to see if I can help my brother get logged back in. He’s tried resetting his password and everything.
